You’re welcome to come in as often as you like. Signing up as a member gives you the

option of choosing what suits you best – 1, 2 or 3+ classes a week, and this is the most

affordable way to go. Clients who have Platinum unlimited class memberships attend an

average of 5-7 classes per week – this means each class costs as little as $5!

Members have access to discounts on retail items, select workshops, and any Special Class Series.

Our drop-in rate is $19 per class. We also have 4 and 8-class passes available for purchase.

Yes, of course. One-on-One training sessions are available at $70 per session. You can buy

bulk sessions together. We also offer small group training if you would like to train with a

friend, colleague, or partner.

Due to the size of the studio, we only have one Reformer which is available for our private

One-on-One training sessions with select instructors.

All our instructors are highly qualified to teach their modalities and regularly upskill through

external and in-house training. They have years of experience and training, and maintain a

regular self-practice to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest science. Our instructors are

passionate about what they do and enjoy sharing that love with our clients.

We offer three different levels of membership over ranging from 3 to 12-month commitment

plans:

Silver membership is 1 class a week

Gold 2 classes

Platinum 3+ classes a week

Every membership incurs a $50 activation fee and includes a FREE Movement Assessment

with three complimentary Buddy Passes when you join.

You sure can. Depending on your membership term – you have either 1, 2 or 4 weeks

available over the term (terms and conditions apply). Ask one of our instructors for a

“Membership Hold Form” and ensure this is returned to us at least 7 days prior to the start of

your hold.

Speak to us as soon as possible after your accident or oopsie, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. And, if you can, please provide us with a doctor’s note to make this process faster.

We never like it when our clients leave, but please email us at hello@alignedmovement.co.nz as soon as possible so we can go through the appropriate steps to arrange the cancellation of your membership.

Well done you! It sounds like it’s time for an upgrade! Please make an appointment if you

wish to upgrade your membership.

During the initial term of your membership, we can upgrade you but downgrade is

unavailable until the completion of the initial term. Please make an appointment if you wish

to change your membership.

We do have Burlesque classes through the school term. We call this a Special Class Series – check out our website or Facebook page for details.

Our Barre classes are also a bit of dancey fun, and you should check them out too.

As our booking system works with your payment schedule, it may be that you are trying to book a class outside of the cycle.

f you pay weekly for example, you can only book classes 1 week in advance.

You can always message or call the studio phone if this requires clarification or if you want to book but are unable to.

Firstly, congratulations! Secondly, let one of our instructors know as soon as possible.

We will need to obtain a clearance letter from your midwife or GP before we can let you continue. We also have a video and a short quiz for you to show you the modifications to the exercises.

Our staff are aware of the modifications and will work with you to ensure that your programme is safe for both you and baby.

Aw shucks, thanks! We have gift cards available for purchase. You can choose whether you are going to treat someone to 1, 4 or 8 classes, or maybe they are deserving of some One-on-One training sessions. You can also review us on Facebook, Google, Trip Advisor, and Yelp.

We don’t want anyone to miss out. Children can come to classes once they reach 15-years old with parental consent (a parent MUST sign their registration form). In terms of the upper end of the scale.
