And We're Off... | March Newsletter

Just a reminder the studio will be closed until the 28th as Alyssa will be visiting her home in California to celebrate her mums 60th birthday and find a dress for her wedding! Classes will resume on Tuesday the 29th of March just in time for you to work off your Easter feast. 

 

If you are a regular client, you should have recieved a programme last week with exercises to keep you busy. Please send us an email if you weren't able to get a copy. If you're like us and need the guidance of an instructor to push you through, we recommend you try out some yoga classes with Kim. Check out Yoga Studio Kerikeri on Facebook for more details. Yoga is a great complement to Pilates and they work hand in hand.

Coming In April

 

We all know life easily gets in our way when it comes to spending time on ourselves. That's why for the month of April we will be setting up a "goals" chart in the studio for you to track your progress. Start thinking about what you would like to achieve, no fools about it!
