Getting back into the swing of things...


We have had a busy month in preparation for our new home studio! Our reformer is here and we are so excited to share it with you! We also have been busy working on some great specials for you this month. Scroll down below for more info. 


Community Classes


Looking for something to do over the school holidays? We are opening up our 9:30am class on April 20th & 27th for only $5! Kids 5 years and older are more than welcome to join in as we have a fun and energizing Pilates class in store. Book in advance to avoid disappointment.


One-on-one Reformer


Reform your body and your mind. Don't let this machine intimidate you, we believe the Reformer is a great way to workout as it helps get your body back into alignment. With exercises for all levels, a private session is the perfect way to work on YOU! Offer only valid to the 30th of April! 


Pre and Post Natal Pilates 


Pilates is a great way to work out while pregnant as it's low impact and can help make for an easier labour. Through the practice, you could also increase your chances for a quicker return back to your pre-pregnancy weight while encouraging a healthier weight gain for baby. Learn how to exercise safely without harming yourself or baby.


After labour, focus on issues that may have arisen after pregnancy. Work on regaining control of your pelvic floor while de-stressing and re-connecting with your body. Conventional stomach exercises can put you at risk, especially if you have diastasis rectus. Be good to your body and ease back into exercise with Pilates.
