Hi Team, 

 

Woah, what a month! TRX had been going hard, and we've seen huge progress throughout all of our classes. Those little "ah-ha" moments are the reason we love what we do!

 

Just a heads up, we're off to Samoa for a relaxing long weekend, but don't fret, all classes are still on next week. We will respond to any calls, emails, and messages when we get back. 

 

This update is short and sweet, so I'll leave you with a series of videos from the maker of our much loved Allegro Reformer, Balanced Body. This series is catered to help those in an office job but can apply to everyone in the era of technology.
