We're ready for action, are you? As the New Year tends to be the time to set up our goals for the next 365 days, let's reflect on your WHY. What is your motivation? Who are you doing it for? Why?
Setting up goals is a great way to stay motivated, but ultimately we need to remember to be realistic with ourselves and what we can actually achieve in the timeframe we've created. We love motivating and inspiring you all to be strong and invincible, but over the course of time, we as instructors are rewarded with witnessing your progress you may not even see yourself. Whether it's holding a plank or balancing comfortably on one leg, we are there with you every step of the way.
Spread your wings and set your goals high, but remember, it's your journey that makes you stronger. So as we embark on 2018, remember to be a friend to yourself, reach out for help when you need it, and lean on us to get you there. I look forward to seeing you back in the studio this week.
