Hi Team,


Woah, when did we become so busy? I'm not talking about at the studio but in life. I couldn't tell you how many times we hear it on a daily, "I'm going to try to come in again tomorrow, but I'm just so busy." Since when did "busy" become the new buzzword and what are we doing to keep us so "busy"? Is it serving us? Are we overcommitting? Are we having a hard time saying "NO"?


When Scott and I stepped away from the studio a couple of weeks ago to spend some time at a workshop with other business owners, we realised we had been in the "busy" cycle too and that it starts to become just the thing you continuously tell people and yourself. But is it healthy?


What if we learned how to prioritise? What if we factored ourselves into the equation and gave up something that was no longer serving us? What would you do if you had more time for yourself?


I'm lucky, my passion is my business, and I love what I do because I get to help people every day (and sometimes make y'all laugh). But you also know I love binge watching Netflix and spending time on the water for some "ME" time. One of those things, however, is more accessible than the other and I'm guessing you can figure out which one.


What are you passionate about? What brings you joy? And are you doing that now? I challenge you to take some time this week to reflect on where you see your life going if you keep on this "busy" cycle. How would you feel if you were able to implement just one thing a day (or even a week if you're a beginner like me) that was solely for you?


I don't say it enough, but thank you for choosing us. I know for some of you it's a push to get to the studio, and for others, it's the only "ME" time you get. So thank you. We love serving you.

Intro to Yoga - Beginners Class


Curious about YOGA? Never taken a yoga class? Not sure what to expect? This is the workshop for you!


You'll learn the basics of yoga, get your questions answered and experience a slow-paced beginning-level yoga class.

All levels of fitness are welcome and no experience or special equipment required.


In this 1 hour class, you will learn:

  • WHAT IS YOGA? - Introduction to yoga foundation and benefits of Yoga

  • ALIGNMENT PRINCIPALS - How to practice yoga safely

  • FOUNDATIONAL POSTURES - An introduction to basic yoga postures

  • INTRODUCTION TO PROPS - Getting to know the tools that will help your practice.

  • MEDITATION - Quiet the mind and gain peace and clarity
