Hello there,


As 2018 comes to close and the stress of the holidays kicks in, remember, we've got your back! This year we've created some videos for you to use at home in case you miss us! We've kept them short and sweet so you can squeeze them in between your coffee dates with friends and trips to the beach. And don't worry, we won't judge you if you don't watch them! 


We cannot thank you enough for supporting our business and giving us the opportunity to share what we are genuinely passionate about. We love having you in our Aligned Movement Tribe, and it is the most rewarding thing as an instructor to see your improvement week to week. 


We already have some pretty exciting things planned for 2019 including more challenges to keep you motivated and new instructors we can't wait to introduce to you! But before I give you the links, can I just ask that you do me a favour during this break? Take some time for yourself because you deserve it! Whether it's going out for a walk in nature or taking a nap in the middle of the day because you can - fill your cup up and nourish your soul with something that's just for you!


Myself, Scott and the rest of the Aligned Movement Team would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We're back in action on the 14th of January and look forward to seeing you back in the studio then!
