Feeling a few aches and pains? Tight shoulders from computer work? In this relaxing, open level class, you’ll learn to stretch your muscles gently and gradually. Utilising gentle stretch techniques, you’ll increase your range of motion and flexibility. Correct stretching techniques carry over to warm-ups for other classes and will result in more fluid movement.
