We offer classes Monday through Saturday morning from early in the morning until evening.
Whether you’re an early bird, love a midday lunch session, or want to swing by for a class after work we have options available. All of our class times and instructors can be found here:

Members have access to discounts on retail items, select workshops, and any Special Class Series. You also get a FREE Movement Assessment and FREE Buddy Passes when you sign up!
Our drop-in rate is $23 per class. We also have 4 and 8-class passes available for purchase.

All our instructors are highly qualified to teach their modalities and regularly upskill through external and in-house training. They have years of experience and training, and maintain a regular self-practice to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest science. Our instructors are passionate about what they do and enjoy sharing that love with our clients.
We certainly do! We offer different levels of memberships. Book in your FREE consultation to find out which programme best fits you and your goals.
You sure can. Depending on your membership term – you have either 1, 2 or 4 weeks available over the term (terms and conditions apply). Ask one of our instructors for a “Membership Hold Form” and ensure this is returned to us at least 7 days prior to the start of your hold.
Speak to us as soon as possible after your accident or oopsie, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. And, if you can, please provide us with a doctor’s note to make this process faster.
We never like it when our clients leave, but please email us at hello@alignedmovement.co.nz as soon as possible so we can go through the appropriate steps to arrange the cancellation of your membership.
Well done you! It sounds like it’s time for an upgrade! Please make an appointment if you wish to upgrade your membership.
During the initial term of your membership, we can upgrade you but downgrade is unavailable until the completion of the initial term. Please make an appointment if you wish to change your membership.
Unfortunately, we are not offering any dance classes at this time. Should demand increase, we’re happy to revisit this.
As our booking system works with your payment schedule, it may be that you are trying to book a class outside of the cycle.
If you pay weekly for example, you can only book classes 1 week in advance.
You can always message or call the studio phone if this requires clarification or if you want to book but are unable to.
Firstly, congratulations! Secondly, let one of our instructors know as soon as possible. Our staff are aware of the modifications and will work with you to ensure that your programme is safe for both you and baby.
Aw shucks, thanks! We have gift cards available for purchase. You can choose whether you are going to treat someone to 1, 4 or 8 classes, or maybe they are deserving of some Private Lessons. You can also review us on Facebook, Google, Trip Advisor, and Yelp.
We don’t want anyone to miss out. Youth can attend classes by themselves once they reach 15-years old with parental consent (a parent MUST sign their registration form). Any youth 13-14 may attend with a parent.
