Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is intended to help you achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with calming and gentle stretching.

Also known as “mindful yoga”, this class can help expand self-awareness as well as body awareness. The slower movements allow for a more profound experience of the poses together with the breath.

Gentle Yoga

Whether you’re a beginner, returning to yoga, or perhaps a little older or less flexible and wanting to move at a slower pace, this Gentle Yoga is the class for you!

This class focuses on the basics: simple poses (a.k.a. Asana) with simple transitions. You’ll be guided through moves slowly and gently, allowing time to focus and nurture your body.

In this class, you’ll connect to your breath, understand correct alignment, and be taught how to modify poses to best suit your body. It also supports joint health, helps prevent back pain and fosters mental calmness. 

Vinyasa Yoga

Balance the mind and body as you fluidly move from one pose to another all the while connecting your breath to the movements.

Yogalates is a mix between Yoga and Pilates that helps tone core muscles, helps you to strengthen and stretch, and generally feel better. Yogalates is designed to enhance both the mind and body through the combination of poses and exercises.
