A minimum of 1 Reformer Foundation Class is required before progressing into one of our regular Reformer classes. Alternatively, you can book a 30 or 60 minute Private Lesson with one of our Reformer instructors. These classes will serve as a gateway for those new to Pilates to test the waters before committing and will be a pre-requisite prior to attending any of our regular Reformer classes. 
Classes run on a casual basis to fit in conveniently with your schedule. You’ll notice a significant difference in your body right away after your first class and feel a massive improvement with consistent practice. There is a reason why Pilates Reformer has taken the fitness industry by storm!
Because of the nature of these classes, please note these classes are not suitable for those with chronic injuries. Please inquire about our Private Lessons if this is you.
