We bring the entire workout to you – the equipment, the instructor, and a personalised workout to match your goals and skill level.

We can travel throughout the Bay of Islands, which includes but is not limited to: Paihia, Kerikeri, Kawakawa, Russell, and Opua.

Virtual Options

Work out in the comfort of your own home with Aligned Movement personal training. No matter your fitness, flexibility, or mobility, we can work at the level that’s just right for you.

Online personal training is simply a virtual session with you and your online personal trainer delivered to you at home (or anywhere) over the internet, using video conferencing tools like Zoom™.

Your instructor will demonstrate, motivate and coach you through your workout, as they would in person.

Exercise equipment is not necessary!
