Our goal at Aligned Movement is to form a “fitness family” with realistic expectations and aspirations based on your individual needs and wants. We strive and hope to create long-lasting and successful fitness relationships with foundations that last a lifetime. Our private lessons are tailor-made just for you. Whether you’re just looking to push your practice to the next level, or you’re needing to work through a past injury that’s been holding you back and restricting your movement, we can help!

Private Lessons New Client Special

3 x 60 min sessions for $199 or

3 x 30 min sessions for $125

Our goal-specific programmes cater for every “body” no matter your age, shape, size and ability. Our fitness coaches are highly qualified and passionate, and available to guide and support you in achieving your fitness goals, both for your mind and body. Rehabilitation / Prehabilitation

Muscular imbalances within our bodies often result in injuries. Most of us, in some way or another, tend to move incorrectly putting pressure on some muscles while weakening others and causing an imbalance. Our posture and the way we move, walk, bend, sit, lie, or work out can be the cause of these imbalances.

This is why the principles of Pilates is excellent for rehabilitation or even prehabilitation. Known for its whole-body approach to fitness, Pilates is the perfect way to help you recover, rehabilitate, and reach your goals. We’ll take you through effective exercises for rehabilitating and healing injuries, improving functional strength, promoting efficient movement, and managing pain. 

Once any imbalances are identified, your instructor will provide guidance on how to retrain your muscles, and the way you move, to help reduce pain and lessen your chances of future injury.

Mobile personal training delivers convenience, privacy and personalisation to you. 

We bring the entire workout to you – the equipment, the instructor, and a personalised workout to match your goals and skill level. 

All you have to do is be there!

We can travel throughout the Bay of Islands, which includes but is not limited to: Paihia, Kerikeri, Kawakawa, Russell, and Opua.

Virtual Options

Work out in the comfort of your own home with Aligned Movement personal training. No matter your fitness, flexibility, or mobility, we can work at the level that’s just right for you.

Online personal training is simply a virtual session with you and your online personal trainer delivered to you at home (or anywhere) over the internet, using video conferencing tools like Zoom™.

Your instructor will demonstrate, motivate and coach you through your workout, as they would in person.

Exercise equipment is not necessary!
