Our number one tip for eating intuitively is to stop thinking you have to finish everything on your plate!

When you are full and have those few last bites left, you don’t have to eat it!

Eating those extra bites ignores your internal cues, which leads to overeating in the future.Some tips to help with this is to pause every so often mid-meal to think about how full you are before continuing.

You can also swap your plate to a smaller one, which stops you from putting as much on to start with. You can always get more.

Next time someone tells you to finish what’s on your plate, call that food police out and say, ‘no thank you I’m eating intuitively!’
