Sculpting, Toning and Strengthening
Utilising our ballet barre, we will get you moving and grooving to fun, up-tempo music, with the unique mix of ballet and Pilates exercises. It’s a great way to sculpt your arms, tone those legs and strengthen your booty. Increase your heart rate while doing isometric strengthening exercises combined with high reps of small micro-movements to get that burn. No tutu required!
