Take your Pilates practice to the next level with Core Reform. This signature Aligned Movement class is designed to help develop core control, strength, flexibility, alignment, coordination and balance.
Using the Balanced Body MOTR (more than a roller), our Core Reform class allows you to perform hundreds of exercises based on Pilates principles of whole-body integration. You’ll improve your strength and flexibility while learning proper body alignment and healthy movement patterns.
