Our 5th Birthday Party

We are celebrating our 5th Birthday this month! These past five years have been a wild ride, and we are grateful for it all. Especially your unconditional support! To thank you, we invite you to our Wellness party on Saturday, 30th of July from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm at the Studio.

We have gathered some local health practitioners to indulge you with different self-care practices:
– Sam Burger from Sambur Massage Therapy
– Aaran Church from Kerikeri Centre of Balance
– Louise from Kerikeri Reflexology
– Helen Green from Hardy’s Health Shop

You can enjoy a face massage or a foot rub on us while munching on healthy treats and socialising with your AM buddies and our instructors.

We will also welcome special guest Melanie Vezey from Loud and Clear Communications. Melanie will grant us her presence and share her knowledge on the ability to let go of negativity to achieve inner peace and live a stress-free life.

Plus, we have a special reveal to share with you on the day we are super excited to incorporate into the studio.
