Together, we’ll strengthen and nourish our practices through the power of connection.
What is the Winter Wellness Challenge? Winter is a time to slow down, tune in, and prioritise self-care. It’s an invitation to look inward, develop a closer relationship with ourselves and our physicality, and deepen our understanding of our bodies and inner selves. In the Winter Wellness Challenge, we focus on rebuilding foundations, appreciating the value of living, and cultivating self-esteem and self-worth that go beyond productivity or accomplishments. This challenge is about nurturing ourselves, honouring the ebbs and flows of our energy levels, and making aligned choices to navigate the transition into spring and summer from a grounded and connected place.
Take your health to the next level with this incredible opportunity to embrace a 360* approach. We’re excited to have Christine Macfarlane, a highly qualified counsellor, join us as our coach and weekly facilitator, guiding us towards enhanced well-being and overall happiness.
What’s Included in the Winter Wellness Challenge:
- 1x Weekly In-Person Group Meeting: Connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and receive guidance from our expert instructors. Together, we’ll strengthen and nourish our practices.
- 1x Movement Assessment: Gain valuable insights into your body’s strengths and areas for growth, personalised for your unique journey. Cultivate somatic intelligence and deepen your relationship with your body.
- 2x Nutrition Consults: Work with our team to develop a customised plan that supports your goals and well-being during winter. Prioritise your self-care and nourish your body with wholesome choices.
- 1x Passport to Wellness Workbook: Your companion on this transformative journey, providing guidance, inspiration, and space for reflection. Get to know yourself better and align your choices with your core values.
- 1x Personalised Wellness Journal: Track your progress, celebrate milestones, and deepen your self-discovery throughout the challenge. Appreciate the value of living and cultivate self-love.
- A Private Support Facebook Group: Engage with our supportive community, access exclusive content, and find accountability and encouragement. Connect with others to strengthen and nourish your practices.
